1) Molecular mechanisms of activation and regulation of the pattern recognition receptors (PRRs).
2) How the gut flora controls the intestinal homeostasis, especially the role of pattern recognition receptors (PRRs) in this process.
3) Function and development of the intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes (IELs).
