1) Identifying the different states of breast stem cells to develop the novel combination therapies targeting different breast cancer stem cells.
2) Studying the effects of microRNAs on breast cancer stem cell self-renewal and differentiation, and develop some miRNA-based therapies with nanotechnology.
3) Studying the tumor microenvironment in regulating breast cancer stem cells.
