  吴 缅, 教授,博士生导师。中科院百人计划引进人才。1982年本科毕业于南京师范大学生物系,1988年获哥伦比亚大学分子生物学博士,1988-1991美国哈佛大学细胞发育系的博士后。1991-1995新加坡大学生物学系担任助理教授。2004-2006,新加波南洋理工大学生物系副教授。2000年至今,中国科大生命科学学院“百人计划”特聘教授,博士生导师。承担过国家973项目4项,任课题组长。2006年以来,连续三次承担国家基金委重点项目,并承担中科院先导项目子课题负责人。多年来,在肿瘤细胞凋亡/生存的信号转导及分子机制,非编码RNA调控肿瘤发生发展的分子机理,p53与细胞代谢及诱导性多能干细胞调控的分子机制方面做了一些开创性的工作。在SCI杂志上发表论文60多篇,包括在国际上具有重要影响力的期刊,如Nature Cell Biology,Molecular Cell, Nature Communications,PNAS, 和EMBO Journal等.被引用超过2900次。


主要研究兴趣:
1、 p53与肿瘤代谢。

2、 非编码RNA与肿瘤。
